YouTube is two products in one: a search engine for long-form video and a vertical feed for Shorts. Sosial schedules both, with the title and description fields where discoverability actually happens.

YouTube connects with your Google account.

1. Open Channels and select YouTube → Connect.
2. Choose the Google account that owns the channel and approve uploads.
3. The channel appears in your channel list.

The composer checks these as you type, so a post that's too long for YouTube is flagged before it's scheduled.
